Nihali — Account Deletion

Effective date: 5 May 2026

Nihali App allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data from within the app.

How to request account deletion in the app

Open Nihali App and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Under Session, tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

What data is deleted

Profile data linked to your account (for example name, phone-linked profile fields, avatar URL, saved address rows).
User-specific app data tied directly to your account in Nihali backend services.

What may be retained (if applicable)

Minimal technical logs needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate audit/security needs.

Retention period

Account deletion is processed as soon as reasonably possible. Any required retained records are kept only for the minimum period necessary for compliance and security.
